Update 30/09/2020

We have been working hard behind the scenes to safeguard our offices and mobilise to re-open gradually with client and staff safety as the priority.

Our offices are open to our clients, by appointment only. We will still be conducting face to face at our Bolton and Burnley offices. Meeting rooms are equipped with perplex screens to reduce contact, however where possible all meeting should be via phone or video call.

Payments

During this period, we would prefer payment by electronic bank transfer. Please provide reference number and your name when making the online payment. 

Offices

Bolton and Burnley will still be open, shift times for staff are staggered.

Branches will be cleaned regulary and areas of frequent contact will be cleaned daily.

Receptions will be open to people with approved appointments. 

If you have the following coronavirus symptoms, please do not attend our offices:

• a high temperature
• a new, continuous cough
• a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
