We offer a premium same day visa completion service to our clients. One of our Immigration lawyers will book you in for an appointment and advise you on and prepare your application on the same day if you’re applying to:

* Extend your visa
* Settle in the UK

We will endeavor to complete your application on the same day if you bring all the information and specified documentation needed to your appointment. Your application may take longer if the documents do not meet the specified evidential requirements. This service is for preparation and submission of your application to UKVI. We do not decide applications. You can chose to submit your completed application by post or by attending a same day premium service appointment at a Home Office Premium Service Centre.

You won’t get a refund of the premium fee if your application can’t be completed by us on the same day because you:

* haven’t brought all the documents you need
* need to provide more information or specified documents
* need extra checks to complete your application
* You do not meet the requirements to succeed in your application

We will still endeavor to complete your application as a matter of priority upon satisfaction of all of the above.


Fees


It costs between £1000.00-£1500.00 (plus vat if applicable) for each person to use our premium service. You also have to pay the standard application fee and the  Immigration Healthcare Surcharge if applicable.
