All areas of our work is supervised by Mubasher Khan who is a Solicitor Advocate and the Principal of the firm. He has 14 number of years’ experience in dealing with all aspects litigation. The practice is headed by Mubasher Khan who is a dual qualified Barrister and a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, with authorisation to exercise rights of audience in all courts and in all proceedings in his capacity as a Solicitor Advocate. He is a member of the Bar Council, Lincoln's Inn, The Law Society, the Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates (SAHCA), Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA), which is a professional association, the majority of whose members are barristers, solicitors and advocates practising in all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law. Mubasher is experienced in dealing with both business and private clients in relation to disputes involving Debt collection, breach of contract, negligence claims including professional negligence, landlord & tenant disputes and all aspects of personal injury.

Sumeah Aslam BA (Hons) LLB (Hons) Dip.LP

Summary: Sumeah Aslam was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Scotland in 2009. She moved to England later that year and completed her QLTT exams and thereafter re-qualified to be admitted as a Solicitor in 2010 in England and Wales. Sumeah has over 8 years’ experience of dealing with complex Immigration; Nationality; Citizenship applications as well as Points Based System applications and including EEA applications. She represent clients at the First Tier and Upper Tier Tribunal Hearings and Judicial Review matters. She manages and supervises the Immigration team efficiently.

When Sumeah is away from the Office she enjoys spending time with her family and her two young children; going to the Gym and is part of her local Manchester Hockey Club

Sadiyah is particularly skilled at dealing with complex immigration matters including entry clearance, leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain under the Immigration Rules, human rights applications, and applications under the EEA Regulations and for British Nationality, Judicial Review applications and representing her clients for appeals at the First and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals.

Farzana is particularly skilled at dealing with complex immigration matters including entry clearance, EEA regulations applications as well as leave to remain applications. Farzana is now gaining experience in dealing with appeal matters which includes preparing bundles, extracting information from clients and drafting detailed statements. Farzana takes a professional approach and offers clear advice. Farzana is currently a Trainee Solicitor however will qualify as a Solicitor in due course and carry on specialising in Immigration Law and taking on more responsibilities.

Summary: Esra graduated from the University of Central Lancashire and currently in her second year of her traineeship at Parkview Solicitors. She is due to qualify as a Solicitor in February 2019. She has experience in dealing with various types of Immigration matters including; Spouse settlement applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, nationality; Overseas Passport and EEA applications. She also assists with the preparation of appeal bundles; appeal grounds of various refusals and files Judicial Reviews.

Esra unique skills include tailoring the advice to meet each individual needs and thrives to achieve the best possible outcome on all her cases, with a substantial success rate.

Imran believes in good client-solicitor relationship and always tries to make sure that a good standard of service is maintained in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the clients.  

Away from the Office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, attending gym, playing cricket and badminton. He takes part in events in his locality regularly and has a keen interest in helping the community in general.
