Immigration matters - Our fee structure

The vast majority of our immigration work is carried out on a fixed fee basis. We operate a very transparent service and our range of fees are listed below.

All the quoted fees for all applications include:

  • Considering all papers
  • Meetings with you and any other relevant parties
  • Discussing the most appropriate application to submit
  • Discussing the criteria for your application
  • How to overcome any obstacles in making a successful application
  • Taking your instructions and providing advice
  • Obtaining any additional documents
  • Preparing and submitting the application to the relevant body
  • Advising you on timescales and the outcome of your application

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your requirements.

Our fees do not include disbursements which are out of pocket expenses to a third party i.e. Home Office, courts, experts, Interpreters, parking etc. You can view a list of all Home Office fees here. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table The Home Office fees can range from less than £100 for a visit fee to over £3,500 for settlement applications.
