You can apply for fiancé (e) visa if you are coming to the UK in order to register your marriage with a person present and settled in the UK. After a person has entered the UK as a fiancé (e), he/she should register his/her marriage before the expiry of his/her fiancé (e) visa so that he/she can then apply for leave to remain as a spouse from inside the UK.

We can represent you in your entry clearance application and do all the work until decision by the Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) on your application.

  1. What are the key requirements and conditions for obtaining a fiancé or fiancée visa in the UK, and how can Parkview Solicitors assist clients in meeting these criteria?
  2. What documentation and evidence are necessary to support a fiancé or fiancée visa application, and how does Parkview Solicitors guide clients through the preparation of these materials?
  3. How does Parkview Solicitors provide ongoing support and representation throughout the fiancé or fiancée visa application process, including addressing any potential complications or challenges that may arise?

Our work will include:

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • Giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
  • Advising you on the relevant documents to be submitted in support of your application;
  • Considering the supporting evidence you have provided and discussing the same with you;
  • Where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as document translations, DNA tests and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
  • Advising you on the weaknesses and strengths of your application;
  • Preparing a detailed cover letter and the relevant application form(s)
  • Arrange an appointment at the VAC in your home country to enrol your biometrics and to submit your passport. Thereafter we shall also arrange to submit your completed application to the relevant UKVI department on your behalf.
  • We shall act as your legal representatives in relation to this application during the decision making process.
