We do not provide a Document Checking Service. 

As specialists in immigration we provide a full end to end service for applications which includes advising on eligibility, prospects of success, documentary evidence, checking documents, detailed covering letter, completion of the application form(s) including payment of fees and arranging appointment etc. 

We charge fixed fees for our services. As we like to take full responsibility for the case we do not provide a partial documentary checking service. Our experience tells us that this does not work in the clients' best interests who will need a detailed covering letter, a properly completed online application and more importantly may need to be advised on gaps in evidence and how to meet them and sometimes on important legal considerations. That is the value of our service to cover all essentials. It would be unfair to therefore approve the documents in isolation and not advise on other matters that require urgent attention. 

 

If the visa is refused for a reason other than documents the client may hold the solicitor responsible for not having advised on it. To avoid this scenario we provide a free initial consultation only but do not approve documents unless instructed on the full case.
