How to appeal a UK visa refusal? If you are in the unfortunate situation of having received an unfavourable immigration decision such as a refusal notice, this can be appealed to the First Tier Immigration Tribunal.
An appeal is a request to have a decision modified or reversed by a tribunal. This normally takes place if an error was made by a lower authority or there was some type of injustice in the lower authority’s decision. For a fixed fee we can represent you in your appeal. Our work will include:
- Considering the contents of the refusal letter of the Entry Clearance Officer (ECO) and advising on any grounds to challenge the same by way of appeal to the first tier tribunal
- Advising you on the relevant requirements, relevant laws and procedures
- Advising you on the relevant documents to be submitted in support of your appeal
- Considering the contents of such documents and discussing the same with you
- Advising you on the weaknesses and strengths of your appeal
- Drafting grounds in support of the appeal
- Submitting the appeal to the First Tier Tribunal by fax or special delivery
- Preparing any witness statements for the witnesses who will appear in court on the date of hearing
- Preparing Appellant's bundle of documents
- Appearing in court as your legal representative on the date of appeal hearing and arguing your case before the Immigration Judge
