FAQS
Bolton Legal FAQs: Most Common Questions from Local Clients
Do you offer a free initial consultation? Can I speak directly to the solicitor handling my case?
Yes. You should be able to talk to the solicitor working on your matter by phone, email, or in person.
If they are unavailable, staff can help make sure you get a timely response.
Yes. Parkview Solicitors offer a free initial discussion so you can explain your situation, ask questions, and understand your options before deciding what to do next. Will my case be dealt with by a fully qualified solicitor? Yes. All legal work is carried out by qualified solicitors who are authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Do you work with Legal Aid? No. Parkview does not handle Legal Aid, but they offer fixed fees and flexible payment options for many services so you know costs up front.
What should I bring to my first meeting? You’ll need ID such as your passport or driving licence, and proof of your address like a recent utility bill or bank statement, because this is required for legal and anti-money-laundering checks. How much will it cost? Costs vary by case, but Parkview will explain likely fees early on, including whether fixed fees or cost limits can be agreed
