About Us
Parkview Solicitors Ltd is a well-established law firm in Bolton, Greater Manchester with a strong and growing reputation in Family Law. We take pride in delivering high-quality legal services and providing expert advice and representation across all areas of family law.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Solicitor or CILEX professional with some experience in Family Law work to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is recently qualified and looking to build upon their existing experience and further develop their career in Family Law (Private).

You will manage a varied caseload, including:

Divorce and separation
Child arrangements and parental disputes
Financial settlements

You will provide clear and practical legal advice, draft and prepare legal documents, liaise effectively with clients and third parties and represent clients in court where appropriate.

Training and Development
Comprehensive in-house training and support will be provided to help you progress in your role. We also offer opportunities for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and other relevant external training to ensure ongoing professional growth.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 1-year PQE preferred but not essential)
Some prior experience in Family Law work is essential
Ability to manage a varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A client-focused, proactive attitude
