The firm was established in 2013 and is headed by Mubasher Khan Managing Director of Parkview Solicitors & Higher Court Advocates, a dual-qualified Barrister and Solicitor-Advocate of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, authorised to exercise rights of audience in all courts and in all proceedings.
Legal services are provided by Mubasher in his capacity as a Solicitor-Advocate. Mubasher Khan was called to the Bar in 2004 and qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Court Rights – Civil) in 2008. He is a member of The Law Society, the Bar Council, and The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
