Summary: Mubasher Khan was enrolled at the Bar Council in 2004 and qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Court Rights - Civil) in 2008. Mubasher deals with all types of immigration matters including applications to the Home Office and appeals to the Tribunal. Mubasher is particularly skilled at dealing with complex Civil Litigation matters as well as immigration matters including entry clearance, leave to remain and indefinite leave to remain under the Immigration Rules, human rights applications, and applications under the EEA Regulations and for British Nationality, Judicial Review applications and representing her clients for appeals at the First and Upper Tier Immigration Tribunals.
